Our Caviar d'Olives bring the pure, authentic taste of Tunisia to your table. Small pickled olives, carefully harvested and traditionally matured in just water and salt, with their firm bite and full, fruity character - exactly as olives should taste in the Mediterranean.
Indispensable on an aperitif or mezze platter, alongside our olive oil and herbs. Enjoy them as they are, or cook them in Mediterranean dishes for a deep flavour.
